This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for writing up, presenting, and negotiating offers. In this position you must schedule and attend training sessions.

Experience: Real estate license required. Business experience in sales and/or service. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial.
